We don’t penalise applicants who have made a few minor financial mistakes. For example, we can consider cases where the applicant has had a Default or CCJ registered against them in the past, as long as this has since been satisfied.

We can also consider cases where the applicant has historic missed or late payments, though this will be carefully assessed on a case by case basis.

Through our manual underwriting we’re able to look at your client’s personal circumstances, present and past, and come to an informed decision on their suitability for a mortgage.

For more information please see our lending criteria or give us a call on 0330 123 1073.
