If you have expat clients looking for a buy to let or residential mortgage there are two ways you can submit supporting documents to us. Of course, the most straightforward way is if you are meeting your client whilst they are in the UK. In this scenario you can simply follow our usual procedures.

If your client is submitting documents whilst they are abroad we will need to obtain certified copies. These must be from a solicitor, Notary Public or the British Embassy. For more information about how to submit expat applications, or to chat through a case, please get in touch.
